Episode Yongsan 241 is a co-living and rental complex near Yongsan Station in Seoul, offering flexible short and long stays.

The project uses Aqara hubs, door locks, smart plugs, temperature and humidity sensors, motion sensors and presence sensors for fingerprint access, environmental monitoring, climate automation and sleep detection. Aqara APIs connect everything to the property management system for real-time monitoring and remote operation.
